STUD SERVICE AGREEMENT

AMERICAN DREAM PLUTO — Galaxy Line Kennel

This agreement is entered into between Galaxy Line Kennel (Stud Owner) and the Bitch Owner.

1. Bitch Requirements

The Bitch must:

  • Be at least 12 months of age

  • Be ABKC registered

  • Have a stable temperament

  • Have owner name matching registration papers

2. Stud Fee

  • Stud Fee: $750

  • Fee is non-refundable

  • Fee is non-transferable, except for missed heat or medical issues affecting Stud or Bitch

3. Breeding Method

  • Surgical AI preferred

  • Viable sperm will be confirmed at time of breeding

4. Failed Breeding

  • If no puppies are whelped, one free return breeding will be provided if notified within 65 days

  • Three (3) live puppies constitute a successful breeding

5. Expenses & Care

  • All transportation and veterinary costs are the responsibility of the Bitch Owner

  • No boarding fee for first 10 days; thereafter $5/day

  • Food must be provided by Bitch Owner

6. Liability

Bitch Owner releases Galaxy Line Kennel from any liability for illness, injury, or loss while the Bitch is in our care.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
