GalaxyLineBullies is a family-owned and operated kennel based in Florida, powered by Shopify, which allows us to provide our Services to you.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be the age of majority in your state or province to use our Services. You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for false or fraudulent information.

2. Products & Representation

All products (including stud services, dogs, and merchandise) are sold “as is.” We strive to display accurate representations, but color, size, or structure may appear differently due to screen differences or individual interpretation.

We do not guarantee that a product will meet your expectations, including results from stud services or the temperament of puppies. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

3. Stud Service & Live Animals

When purchasing live animal services or products (e.g., stud fees, semen shipping), you agree to our specific Stud Contract and terms. All stud services are artificial insemination (AI) only, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We are not responsible for any unsuccessful breedings, reproductive complications, or resulting health issues unless explicitly covered in your signed agreement.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed before delivery or services are rendered.

You confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method.

  • You agree to pay all charges, including taxes and shipping.

  • You are not purchasing for illegal resale or export.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Once products (including live animal products such as semen) are handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk transfer to you.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are handled case-by-case and only if outlined in our Refund Policy. Live animal sales and stud services are non-refundable unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, names, videos, and trademarks on our Services belong to GalaxyLineBullies or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use our site for:

  • Illegal purposes

  • Spamming or phishing

  • Reselling our products without permission

  • Harming GalaxyLineBullies, our animals, or third parties
