STUD FEE AGREEMENT

By purchasing or reserving a breeding with DEVIL through GalaxyLineBullies, the buyer agrees to the following terms:

1. STUD FEE
   The stud fee must be paid in full before any breeding, collection, or shipment is scheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. APPROVED FEMALES
   GalaxyLineBullies reserves the right to refuse service to any female deemed unhealthy, aggressive, or unsuitable for breeding.

3. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
   All females must be healthy, free of contagious disease, and current on vaccinations. Proof may be requested before breeding approval.

4. SHIPPED SEMEN
   Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, collection fees, progesterone testing, artificial insemination fees, and veterinary expenses related to the breeding process.

5. NO PUPPY GUARANTEE
   GalaxyLineBullies does not guarantee litter size, specific colors, gender outcomes, or show quality.

6. REBREED POLICY
   A one-time rebreed may be offered if no pregnancy results from the breeding, provided written veterinary proof is submitted within 10 days of confirmation. Rebreed must be used within 12 months and is non-transferable.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE
   All stud fees and deposits are non-refundable.

8. RIGHTS
   GalaxyLineBullies retains all rights to promotional use of photos, offspring, and breeding announcements related to DEVIL productions.

By proceeding with payment or breeding arrangements, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
